Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

All shipments are sent out within the time frame specified in the product description or as we've discussed.

All items purchased within the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with the exception of our Large Flags which will be shipped UPS.

Shipping rates are set using current USPS shipping costs.  We have no control over these shipping rates.

 

International Shipping

All shipments are sent out within the time frame specified in the product description or as we've discussed.

All items purchased within the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International with the exception of our Large Flags which will be shipped UPS International.

Shipping rates are calculated in real time and based on your location.  We have no control over USPS shipping rates.

We are not responsible for any charges stipulated by any Customs Agency.

 

Applies to All Orders

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order, orders will ONLY be shipped to the shipping address provided.

Transit time varies and depends on the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe quality shipping and are diligent in making sure every order reaches its destination. 

If there is a problem or a delivery error made by USPS or UPS please Contact Us and we will do everything we can to help fix the issue.

 

Packages Lost in Transit

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit we will contact the shipping carrier and try our best to find your package.  In the case of International packages this can take up to 6 weeks to confirm a package is indeed lost.

In the event that your package is determined lost we will send out a new item to you but only
AFTER the shipping carrier has confirmed the loss of the package.
