Shipping policy

Kissy's Caramel Crunchies are made in small batches and carefully packed for shipping from our kitchen in Massachusetts.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Kissy's Caramel Crunchies is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address before your order has shipped, contact us at hello@kissyscaramelcrunchies.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help. Please include your order number and photos when applicable.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend first checking around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If you still can't locate your package, contact us and we'll help determine the next steps.
